Investigate how we behave in the workplace to enhance organisational health and performance in our BPS accredited Organisational Psychology MSc. You will have the chance to study your own area of interest and undertake research in an organisation of your choice.

Our programme is designed to give you the theoretical and practical knowledge to work as an organisational psychologist.

You will have access to specialist topics such as mindfulness in the workplace and innovative selection methods.

You will learn how to select the best employee and deliver effective training to help them achieve their potential. You will also explore the politics of power on corporate boards and undertake your own research.

We take a holistic perspective considering the individual, the organisation and the socio-political framework where they operate. Everything we teach can be applied in practice.

Who is this course for?

If you want to understand how to improve working lives and organisational performance, this programme is ideal.

You may have a psychology degree or a degree in another field, together with a keen interest in improving working lives.

Experience of working with data would be beneficial as you will be expected to conduct statistical analysis.

为来自中国的学生设计 Applicants will be considered for most postgraduate courses with a good Chinese bachelor’s degree from a recognised University. Students who don’t meet the requirements for direct entry may opt to undertake a graduate preparation programme. Students successfully completing INTO City’s Graduate Diploma or Kaplan International College London’s Pre-Master’s Course at the required level will have guaranteed entry into City’s postgraduate degrees. English language requirements will vary from course to course and the information on this page is only intended to be a general guide.
