A 1 year program for students who already hold a relevant graduate degree or have at least five years of relevant work experience.
The MPH 45 credit professional degree program (two semesters full-time) is for students who already hold a relevant graduate degree or have at least five years of relevant work experience in the field of public health or a related field. This degree program starts in August.
The Harvard Chan School master of public health degree provides the breadth of knowledge, subject-specific expertise, specialized skills, and the powerful global network you need to forge a desired career in public health. Whether you are a medical doctor, an established public health professional or new to the field of public health, flexible degree formats and options for specific fields of study will provide you grounding in the core disciplines of public health, as well as specialized focus to meet your individual goals.
The Environmental Health Sciences Track focuses on workplace and environmental hazards, the physiological and biomechanical aspects of work, he risks posed by the interaction of genetic and environmental factors, and a practical approach to solving health problems in various work and community settings. The program is designed for physicians and other professionals who intend to practice environmental medicine or to hold responsible posixadtions in occupational and/or environmental policy and management.
The 45-credit MPH (MPH-45) is for students who already hold a relevant graduate degree or have at least five years of relevant work experience in the field of public health or a related field. You can complete the MPH-45 in two semesters as a full-time student.
