Master of Laws (LLM)

Who is this course for?

This degree should interest and benefit a broad range of students.

If you have taken the English Bar Professional Vocational Studies (BVS) or Legal Practice Course (LPC) or have legal qualifications in another jurisdiction, it will develop your understanding of practice and enhance your career.

If you have legal qualifications in another jurisdiction it will provide understanding of legal process in England. You can enrol in the course straight after a law degree, although some experience of legal practice is an advantage.

为来自中国的学生设计 Applicants will be considered for most postgraduate courses with a good Chinese bachelor’s degree from a recognised University. Students who don’t meet the requirements for direct entry may opt to undertake a graduate preparation programme. Students successfully completing INTO City’s Graduate Diploma or Kaplan International College London’s Pre-Master’s Course at the required level will have guaranteed entry into City’s postgraduate degrees. English language requirements will vary from course to course and the information on this page is only intended to be a general guide.
