Introduction

This is a professional interdisciplinary course, providing all the ingredients for you to advance your career as a leader or into a senior position of leadership of technology and/or engineering businesses. The content is research-informed, industry-focused with strong leadership development.

The Masters is taught by the Department of Engineering, Design and Mathematics and the Business Business School and provides a unique opportunity to work in an interdisciplinary environment, and additionally work with leading academics and externally-recognised industry speakers.

The focus is on management within technology and engineering organisations, with a strong emphasis on the modern strategic challenges facing multinationals and SMEs, and the part that technology and engineering businesses have to play in addressing them.

This courses is designed to help students with high potential accelerate their career towards senior management in the engineering and technology sectors - whether in a multinational, small and medium enterprise, or as an entrepreneur.

Depending on the subjects you focus on, you will be equipped to move into a broad variety of roles, including innovation and technology management, project and programme management, management consultancy, supply chain management, operations management, and product management, as well as general management roles.

We provide the opportunity, not just to gain knowledge in a range of relevant topics, but also to develop the necessary skills needed to apply that knowledge effectively in an increasingly challenging business environment.

为来自中国的学生设计 Applicants with the following qualifications would be considered for entry to UWE Bristol’s master's courses: bachelor's degree awarded by a Chinese university after four years of study with 70% (equivalent to a UK degree of 2:2). Students need to hold a overall score of 6.5 with 5.5 in each component.
