专业概况

The Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management employs a professional-service approach that applies effective management techniques and oversight to the building and management of construction projects. Students learn the business of construction from inception to completion of a project, including emphasis on construction materials and methods, that will enable them to estimate costs, schedule work, oversee construction work-site activities and manage projects. Students in the major may declare an optional concentration in Civil Management, Mechanical and Electrical Management or Safety Management. Cooperative education opportunities are available to students in construction companies and architect/engineering firms in the region.

为来自中国的学生设计 New freshmen applicants must finish secondary school in their home country by the time of enrollment to be eligible for university (comparable to the completion of senior high school in the U.S.). Freshmen should meet the minimum requirement of GPA 2.5 on a U.S. 4.0 scale. Applicants must obtain a minimum score of TOEFL Paper Based Test is 525 (71 on the Internet based version), the minimum score of MELAB is 75 or IELTS minimum score of 6.0 and the minimum score of PTE academic is 48.
