With Campbellsville University’s online master’s in school improvement, you will be prepared to move beyond the traditional teaching role and into an administrative position in school governance or professional development. The program is ideal for classroom teachers who wish to take on leadership positions within their institution.

Through the coursework, you will acquire the fundamentals of the continuous improvement approach to educational planning and management, as well as the tools that help facilitate planning and teamwork within a professional environment.
